I just moved from Old Orchard By The Bay after 12 years. I found it to be a very nice, quiet place to live. Maintenance people were wonderful and very effecient. The office staff was great. The parking lot was always kept up with during snow storms. My only regret is that I had to move due to a job transfer out of town!
