I just wanted to say how happy I am with this complex. I love the atmosphere that Old Orchard has. They have a great staff and I always feel safe and well cared for. You can tell they all work together and take alot of pride in what they do. I have been very satisfied living here. I always feel welcomed by the boss lady in the office, she is so knowldgeable and helpful. I want to say a special thank you to her for going out of her way and making me feel so at home. It doesn't matter when I need her she is always working and always willing to help. I here people complaining sometimes because you are always checking out the property. I want to say thanks because it makes me feel safe and valued. I love how nice everything looks and how well she keeps up the facility. I'm proud to have any of my friends come to my home because it always looks wonderful. I'm sure you get alot of bad and good reviews but for me I just wanted to say thank you because I've never been so happy living anywhere else. So great job I hope I made you day you sure make mine every week! A happy Tenant
