This is the most absolutely horrible place I have ever resided in. I would not recommend living here to anyone. It was an awful experience. Nothing but problems.

I agree 100% The management of the last two years has caused me to not renew my lease. I am actively looking elsewhere and plan to leave ASAP!!! I hoping for another place with a pool,BUT hey there is always the The "Y'S" Delta, The Community Center or the pool where my friends live. WHEN I find a place anywhere in Essexville or Bay City other than a Fox Community Apartment, I WILL BE A VERY HAPPY CAMPER!!!
