This is a very big community of apartments. I have had the liberty of looking at them and from what I have seen, I would definately live there. I would recommend these apartments for people of all ages. There seems to be a diverse range of people living there in various age groups. They have a pool, clubhouse, the lawn is kept up very nicely. It's located just off Center Avenue which is the main street that separates Bay City and Essexville.
