Nice, Look around too. They usually have nice move in specials in winter.

I have been living in Chatham hills for three years now. I have not had a problem any major problem so far. I entirely agree with the other reviewer all the maintenance is very prompt but give the band aid solutions.
Some of the office staff can be rude at times, I have also had experience with some very polite and courteous staff. Once I had to complain to their head office CMI. CMI owns many rental property including Chatham hills. If you have any problem with the Chatham hill staff, I recommend you call CMI.
One good thing about Chatham hills is there is plenty of storage space. Basement car garage is shared. You need to pay 7.50 $ extra for the remote garage door opener. This is maintained by a different company and you need to send them a separate check and can not be included in the rent.
