Chatham Hills

I have no idea where to begin. We have been here only a year and have experienced more problems here than we have our entire lives! When we moved in we were told that the apartment would be in "emaculate" condition... well, it was filthy! We had flies in the dead of winter. Cold air rushes through these original windows so much that the plastic wrap is a waste of time. The end of the apartment is like an ice box. We too discovered cocroaches and they did very little to correct problem. They even tried acting like it was our fault. After asking neighbors they have had previous problems with them before we even moved in. This is the first time I have even seen a cocroach. The final straw was when we found one in our fridge... yeah, our fridge. We too had parts "replaced" with old used parts that we soon after had to have "re-replaced". There isn't enough time to tell all but just beware! They don't want to fix anthing, the famous quote "it seems to be working" or "no one else has complained about this before" or "okie dokie" or "we're trying and that's all we can do". What they can do is actually hire some intelligent people that know how to FIX something. I will never ever reccomend this place to anyone! They also give my neighbors a hard time and almost refuse to fix anything. The more people you ask the more you find out about this money pit.
