Iagree with the other person, roaches. That says enough right their. However, their band-aids for all repairs are frcking ridiculous. These idiots even went so far to try to save a buck that they actually took a used door off of a vacant units dishwasher to replace ours that was still leaking after two repair visits. The heat sucks ass too. The master bedroom gets down to 44 degrees and they expect that plastic wrap is the fix. The exterior walls are not much warmer than that and after a month of living here and complaining they actually tried to replace the window to keep the room warmer... I guess they figure it worked since it is now only getting down to 54 degrees. I know these kinds of details cause I am an engineer and have the brains to understand that issues are clarified by numbers, so I actually set a thermocouple to the surface of the wall. It is calibrated only 3 degrees different from the thermostat, which bring up another issue. These dumb _ucks couldn't figure out the furnace issue. I have NEVER worked on a furnace before and found out that it was set up for electric heat via a simple switch inside the thermostat control unit. The basement does flood because of leaking pipes; thanks to an energetic father-in-law, he took a pipe wrench and tightened it... Nobody there ever knows what is going on. I think, and they too for that madder, that they are all new. So if you think that you would like to talk t o them, expect inconsistent answers from reality. We were even told that "the cable in the bedrooms are hooked up to the living room through the common wire", nope. "You will have a designated parking spot for your second car", NOPE. "Cockroach bait/poison will not affect your infant, even when they crawl on your dishes", I am not able to eat with out having to wash dishes first. They charge you $50 more a month if you want to have washer and dryer in your unit, to bad no one even took out the shipping rod from the washer, causing it to burn up the belt when using it the first time. Cold air leaks through the edge of the floor. No insulation in the walls. The basement is warming than the bedrooms. All electrical outlets are worn out and will quickly be replaced by other worn-out outlets, with minimal hassles.
But don??t worry about any of this petty sh_t, rent is only almost $900/mo.
I recommend buying a house, or if you live here, get renters insurance and forget to turn off the stove or blow out candle on the floor, because that is the way to get rid of the cockroaches!
