Apt sucks

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
both air conditioning and heater sucks. my heat bill is $120.00 for 20 days of use. I was out of town for other 10 days. air conditioning never works properly. the whole apt sucks. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
