Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The building I lived in for a year had pipes that knocked loudly at all hours. The oven door fell off while the oven was on, the AC & heat worked for crap, the washer/dryer left rust stains on everything, and the complex offered very littles as far as ammenities are concerned.
