I moved in my apartment in June 2008. My apartment was immaculate when I came to do a walk through before moving in. It is October now and I have had no problems at all. My building is very quiet as if no one lives here. I only had one problem and it was addressed immediately and even a follow up call after to make sure everything was ok. The staff are ok, Adam is the best. I am quite frankly shocked at the negative comments that I have read, but you know how things are when people don't get their way and then they will post all the negatives. More people should post positive comments rather than all negative. I almost did not move here because of the negative comments that I read. i am glad that I did not make that choice based upon what I read....Thanks alot Chatham Hills.....

If you consider having cocroaches and a multitude of "problems" that are not addressed not getting our way then by all means consider us "spoiled" but I, along with the other neighbors within our building were quite frankly disgusted with what was and wasn't being taken care of properly there and we all moved. I know more about the staff there but will not drag other things into this. This was rated purely on our experience with the apartment and staff....not about getting our way. There were many times when our family's health/safety were not being takin seriously such as poor electrical problems that never did get fixed and the one that was fixed because it was melting the wires within the wall and making all our lights flicker. This review upsets me because clearly they didn't experience a quarter of what we did so they have no right saying it's because we simply "didn't get our way". The safety, health and wellbeing of my family is most important to us and was not a high priority of the apartment staff. If you talk to residents past and present you will find happy/satisfied people very far and few between.
