The only problem i would have to say is the weird looking bugs and the flemsy hallway door. These weird looking bugs show up every where. On the ceiling, coming out the bath tub and we moved in the winter time! The hallway door by the bathroom (linen closet) fell off the track a week into living there. The dishwasher when used runs water all over the kitchen floor. You only can have dish which sucks oh and they dont offer dvr yet so no recording fav. shows while at work or school like comcast. The apt is a nice size for my small family and the neighbors are OK they just smoke a lot in the hall ways. Parking is horrible after 10, you might as well park down the street if you dont have ur own carport. Ok i guess after thinking about it there are more than two dislikes. But the neigborhood is decent and its close the freeways and major shopping centers so its really convenient.Oh crap one huge one...the damn laundry facility is in the next BUILDING OVER!!I dont think i washed but twice in the winter time..who wants to go outside and walk to the next building to wash cloths. If you do move here make sure you ask for the building with the laundry facility in it! however we didnt know!! been here for 4 months so we will see how the remainding 8 months go.

I live at Cordoba. There are supposed to be laundry facilities in EACH building; check your contract. You could have grounds to break your lease. I'm VERY surprised you did not mention the PAINT-PEELED, UNATTRACTIVE, DOORS. The only recently painted one is facing 12 MILE ROAD, not exactly the same color, but it looks like somebody cares enough to attract new renters ($$$). Tenants I have talked to would like painted doors(I'm sure the owner can afford PAINT!). Instead there is old scraped off paint on the grass. One good thing is some grass areas don't look like ASHTRAYS anymore. SMOKING in HALLWAYS MUST STOP and the LITER OUTSIDE IS VERY BAD, especialy on WEEKENDS.
