Too many complaints

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
After being a resident of Drakeshire for over 3 years, I decided to leave because of the growing number of complaints I was having with the place.
a) The parking lot condition isn't very good. There are too many potholes and dips in the roads.
b) The construction of the apartments is poor. The thin walls do not block enough of the parking lot noise. The floorboards of the apartment above you squeak when residents are moving around.
c) Finally, the main reason I cannot recomment this place is because maintenance isn't given enough of a priority. In the summer of 2002, the air conditioner in the apartment above me began leaking water down the wall, slightly flooding my living room. Unbelievably, a major issue like this took 8 phone calls and over a month to resolve! Then, in the winter of 2002, I started experiencing major electrical feedback anytime the furnace would turn on. The speakers on both my computer and my TV would crackle while the heat was on. The picture on the TV would also flicker at this time. This issue was not resolved in 4 weeks, so I left.
The residents at Drakeshire are quiet and friendly, but unfortunately the quality of the apartments/management was too low to justify renewing my lease.
