I am currently a resident of Drakeshire for 4 1/2 years now. I am very satisfied with the service I've received during my time here.
There has been several times after hours where I've needed maintenance and they've always responded right away. On the same note, the office staff has always given their attention to me with my phone calls.
When I was offered to re-new my lease they even asked if they could do anything in my apartment for me. I ended up with a fresh coat of paint. Thanks!
As a matter of fact, two of my neighbors have lived here for over 10 years so that says something right there. I love the location and being surrounded by everything, a lot within walking distance to me.
I read a review on noise and well as far as that goes, living in an apartment with someone on the other side is just that. I have no complaints there and if I didn't want to ever hear anyone, I would be in a house.
