Very Very Very poor workmanship.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The staff is a pain to deal with. I am just spending time to review this so that I can warn people not to live in place like this. If there was negative rating, I would rate negative for this apartment....If you still decide to live here then God Bless You !
