Originally I was drawn to Drakeshire because I am a poor college student and rent was low with no deposit. We have had MULTIPLE problems in the apartment. The roads are in horrible condition--completely unacceptable. The screens are broken and there lots of bugs. The plumbing is often clogged ( i hate to think what must be down there!!) My particular building went without hot water for 2 days, with everyone in the building paging the after hours maintenance and no one even returning our phone calls! i paged over 10 times! Terrible smell problem, often getting overpowering scents of curry. Neighbors were often loud and in the hallways creating noise. Would not recommend! Spend the money and get a place that shouldn't be condemned!!
