Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Maintenance is very very bad and the office staff is not so good in communication.
During summare time you will see lots of bugs in your apartment.

Locks on building entrance rarely works.
Maintenance staff takes months and sevral reminders for non-emergency works
