Apatements are good except that they don??t have balcony. Maintenance is bad. Representatives tell that they would come to take care it in a day but will never show up except when they really really don??t have anything to do and getting bored. If we call them again they take another request, if you ask about the old request then they would ask tenant to call maintenance supervisor. You have to talk to only supervisor you can??t even escalate to manager because manager treats tenants like fools and asks tenants to call supervisor''''. If you threaten to complain to Management Company she tells that go ahead call them eventually they would need to call me to take care your problem

Management promise to give referral bonus but they won??t process for months until you call them. If you remember and call them they say they need another form to be signed they forgot to get it when tenant leased apartment. Simply money saving tactics, no professionalism. If you are good at fighting and used to deal with this type of cheating companies you are welcome.
