Problems from the first day, when no staff member bothered to be there during business hours to give us the key, even though we had scheduled an appointment. Water problems (water coming through the ceiling or walls) on three separate occasions in less than one year. Maintenance is very very slow to repair things (e.g., the water problems took weeks to get resolved, on each occasion). Overall, we're glad to be moving out.
