5 year tenant. It has been worse. New staff and crew have truly improved maintenence & communications, however, all complaints seen here are likely true. The bugs have been an issue before. Kids, shoes, bikes and assorted crap in hallways all the time. Constantly reeks of curry. Had laundry basket stolen Easter Sunday. Car door damaged by child with stone in hand last summer. You can find people wandering around outside at all hours talking in cell phones to the mother land. Driving thru the complex is dangerous, as the immigrants have no sense of safety as pedestrians or drivers. I am now intolerant and seeking a new place to live at lease end.
