What do you want for out of an apartment'

I currently live at Citation Club and the review is mixed. The good:
Responsive office staff
Really cool floor plan
Convenient location
Moderate rent increases annually
The bad:
Slip and fall in the winter. No attention to ice or snow.
Noise transmits IF on the first floor
Goofy security gate with no real safety
Dying landscaping that isnt being tended to.
Honestly, the place came under new management, and they really are trying to fix up the place. It was a real mess (stinky pond, weeds, etc) but is improving.
