First of all, they LIED to me when I signed the lease! They gave me a "SPECIAL" for $300 off a month, which at the time sounded like a STEAL! But when I signed, I was "told" that after me lease was up, that my rent would go up just a tiny bit from the "$565" price and that I could do month to month at that price. This was a verbal contract and something that GOT ME TO SIGN THE LEASE! This was the TOP reason for me moving there. I wanted to go month to month after my 1 year lease with NO worries!

A little over a month before my lease was up I received a letter stating that my rent would go up to about $965 on a month to month basis, unless I sign another lease with them for 9-12 month lease!!! I went to their office, I called their management and I asked them... what happened to the "little over $565 for a month to month"''' They told me that I must of misunderstood and some blah like that. I told them that they SOLD me on the fact of being able to go month to month without the price jumping sooo much. They told me that for them to make money on this apartment, they should be selling it for "market price".

Folks, let me tell you what "market price" gets ya. An apartment that is below ground with a lumpy padded carpet that had several stains on it and I bunch of tiny black bugs during the summer months.

I wanted to see this apartment a month BEFORE I moved in, because I wanted to make sure that everything was perfect, such as, the carpet and things of that nature. I called them about 3 times a week asking them when can I see the apartment, will it have new carpetting' They kept on delaying things until the day I was suppose to sign the lease. Stupid me signed the lease BEFORE seeing the apartment (since I had all my mail going there and everything). Once I saw it, I was *&#$ed off! I wanted them to replace the carpetting ASAP and I ended up settling for them to clean the carpet again. But lets face it, when you clean crap... what do you end up with'''

Location and all that is great and I loved the area. But for the money, I wouldn't give this apartment or their company Beztak Properties tbe time of day! Highly disappointed in Citation Club and Beztak!!!

Please email at keithtuller@yahoo.com and I'll tell you more about when I lived there in 2004. It's 2006, and I haven't forgotten! Crap carpetting, bugs and dishonesty! They left me with a BAD taste in my mouth. Maybe they changed, who knows... just don't signed until you get all your answers and don't follow their line of BS. She the place, before changing your mailbox, have a look before signing the papers... OR WALK!!!! I should of walked!!! I made the mistake! Have them give you the full tour before signing and changing your address.
