Nice place, very appealing. Staff is very friendly. However, if you like bugs and big ulgy black spiders, you'll be right at home. And the garbage and litter are constantly a problem. Maintenance does a very poor job of keeping the garbage under control. The walk and cement work are in poor shape. They run the sprinklers all the time, even when it rains. Waste of money and resources.

But mostly BUGS BUGS BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!

I AGREE WHOLE HEARTEDLY WITH YOU ON THE BUGS. OMG, I NEED TO CHARGE THEM RENT. I AM CONSTANTLY SPRAYING SPIDERS AND CENTIPEDES (or whatever the heck they are), WATER BUGS...UGH!!!!!!! I HATE IT!!!!
