We have lived in the apt for a little more than a year. Initially we were happy with our move. Recently our complaint to the management has been unsightly and unhygienic dog poop on the lawn and outdoor areas around our apartment. We called them twice to complaint about it and even told them who the neighbor was since we had seen them more than once not pick up after their dog. It did not seem like anything was done to stop our neighbor from being such an irresponsible dog owner. We noticed one resident removing dog poop for nearly an hour from the lawn in front of our car port and thought to ourselves - "Yippee, the management finally cracked down and did something about the issue". Much to our dismay our immediate neighbor continues to be irresponsible and not pick up after their dog. We have unsightly mounds of dog poop all over the lawn outside our door - this is obviously more than an irritant, it is simply unhygienic. The management should really be doing something about this so as to keep their good residents living here longer. Overall, it normally takes about 2 calls to have something fixed in the apartment and when they show up the problem is not always fixed resulting in maintenance having to be called another time. If, Citation Place took care of the little things they would have a much better review and reputation.

Did it ever cross your mind to actually say something to "your" own neighbor???? Why are you placing all blame on Citation Club when it would take two seconds for you to do it. Have a freakin back bone.
