My wife and I are in the process of transfering out of state and when looking for an apartment that is safe, quiet and convenient, we feel blessed to have lived in the Citation Club community. The management staff (Paige, Laura, Tracey, Candice and Daniel)have all at one time or another been very helpful during this time of transition for us (it has been more than 25years since we have rented an apartment)and answered all of our questions in a courteous and professional manner. When we first arrived we had 2 minor problems w/ the apartment. It has been our experience in working w/ contractors on our more than 6 homes in our marriage that minor problems are often shoved to the back burner and not addressed unless you complain frequently.... not here....one of the items was a small hole in one of the screens which was fixed the day after the management staff (Candice) was notified....my wife only wishes I had handled her honey-do lists as promptly :).
We have found the apartment to be very quiet, w/ the exception of the occasional squacking goose (certainly quieter than my childrens stereos) and our neighbors to be very pleasant. We enjoy the fact that the community is multi racial and multi cultural and have enjoyed conversation w/ many of them.... although some prefer to keep to themselves..... it reminds us of our local church. We have entertained many of our friends here and although much smaller in size than any of our homes, the atmosphere was always warm and cozy.... just like home!
Finally, we have enjoyed the convenience of living here, w/ quick access to major freeways, shopping and services. We have also enjoyed walks in the complex which have access to other subdivisions as well.
All in all, living here has been a pleasant experience for us and we would highly recommend it.

I'm glad your "experience" was pleasant and peaceful. Mine wasn't, & I wouldn't refer anyone to this property or any of BEZTAK properties.
