I live at Citation Club and I thought I would expose to anyone using this site for what it is SUPPOSED to be used for that it seems as though Main Street and Citation Club are having a little review war. I was reading the apartment ratings here and there were a bunch of bad ones (most of them saying to go to Main Street) and so I look at Main Street and it looks like they are just fight with eachother. Pretty immature on both their parts, I think. I really do like my apartment, and I'm sure Main Street is nice too - it would be nice if they would both grow up.

If you are really using this site to decide on an apartment and can overlook the petty arguments My Opinion: it is more than decent for the price. I've had maintenance once in 2 years and it went just fine. The place looks good, my apartment is big enough, I feel safe here, I like the pool when I can find time to go, I am very content with this place.
Normally I wouldn't fill one of these out, but I really wanted to give my "real" opinion that someone could read between all the b.s. ones.
