I just rented a dump apartment from this so called Luxury Community (if this is luxury I want to see proverty). THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR FALSE ADVERTISING. Living Room walls are stained and ----- ---------/Property Manager solution was to have maintenance paint over the stains with glossy paint, now the stains are more prominent, because the walls have flat paint and ----- decides to paint the stains with glossy paint. Maybe ----- should STOP wearing such tight clothes because oxygen cannot get to her brain. Feces stains were on the inside of toilet seat. Maybe the staff at Citation Club live in filth and they want everyone else to. Bathroom floor has loose tiles and floor boards are cracked.
Beztak is spending millions to redo the club house instead of looking out for the residents and their apartments, who are spending their hard earned money to keep them in business. WHAT A DUMP!!!!!!!!
I cannot wait until I served at least six months at this hole, because I can break my lease and move out ASAP (I already tried to break my lease before I moved in)!!! RUN RUN RUN from this whatever you call it.
Why does maintenance feel they can walk into your apartment anytime they want and damage property''' I came home to find the blinds in the kitchen lifted all the way and I was unable to bring the blinds back down because they are so old and worn, also the idiot shut off the water to the washing machine and took lint and threw it over my just washed clothes (ALL WITHOUT A WORK ORDER)!!!

I've lived at Citation Club for over two years, and I know for a fact they don't enter an apartment without a work order. On the rare ocassions they do, like to put in a new furnace filter, they issue a letter to each resident telling them when maintenance plans on entering the apartment. Maintenance is courteous and very conscientious - and that includes emergency work after hours. The person who wrote the, "Farmington Hills Dump Site" review obviously was reviewing another community. Lastly, the manager is very professional both in wardrobe and demeanor.

Incorrect - you must be thinking of another apartment complex. I was there when they ILLEGALLY ENTERED my apartment (If was just coming out of the shower, when the door was being opened. The second time my apartment was ILLEGALLY ENTERED was when I was not there and NO NOTE WAS LEFT BEFORE OR AFTER. I DISCOVERED THAT SOMEONE WAS ENTERED MY APARTMENT ON AUGUST 14, 2008 BECAUSE THE BLINDS WERE UP IN THE KITCHEN AND WHEN I WENT TO THE CLUB HOUSE TO INQUIRE ABOUT A WORK ORDER THEY COULD NOT PRODUCE ONE!!! YOU WERE NOT THERE ON EITHER DAY AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!!! If you indeed liked/loved living at Citation Club YOU should still be living there. OR are you an employee of Citation Club???
