In the year of 2004, there will be some changes to the flooring and cabinets which will be a huge plus to the apartment units.
When i previously lived here, with my husband, I totally hated the apartment that we lived in. The floring in the kitchen was a white linoleum that was so spongy your heels made marks walking on it. Otherwise the apartments were number one in my book and I am considering moving back here, this time I am divorced.
A great feature is one covered carport that comes with each unit and an in unit washer and dryer. There is a wonderful fitness center for all residents as well as computer facilities (available 24 hrs a day), which I am using right now, and a beautiful clubhouse and pool. Every day there is a continental breakfast for residents.
Oh, by the way, the grounds are kept up beautifully and they have received an award for the efforts and beautification of this property. Also there is 24/7 maintenance and the office is also open 7 days a week.
I find that the personnel are very nice and accommodating to all residents.
I cannot forsee any reason that one would not want to live in this community.
