I recently visited this complex and was seriously considering renting in this community until I met the office staff. I was shocked at the rude, unprofessional and condescending manner in which they spoke to myself and another tenant who was in the office during my visit. Both staff members (Nancy and another young lady)that I had contact with acted as if it was a huge imposition to show me the apartment. I have never been so turned off and knew immediately under no circumstances did I want to have to deal with these two individuals on any sort of regular basis. If the management company reads this review; I strongly suggest some extensive training in people skills for these rude staff members!!!
