Nice Apartments

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I have lived here for two years and I am quite satisfied with the place overall.
PROS:
- very nice layout
- lots of space for the money
- quiet area with lots of trees
- upper units do not have much of a bug problem
- maintainance has promptly taken care of the very few problems we've had
- neighbor noise is about the same as other apartments we have lived in
CONS:
- no utilities are included
- the windows and doorwalls are so old and drafty that you will notice it on your utility bill
- no sidewalks within the complex - makes going for a walk rather dangerous
- some residents do not respect the property and litter or let their dogs leave presents on the lawns
- seems to be a rather fast turn-over in renters
