Call the MI Attorney General - Lawsuit material

There have been a number of problems with Diamond Forest Assoc., LP. It seems to be a pattern of business for them to make money off of you once you leave, especially if you have to break your lease. Legally, they can only charge you for the damages accrued and the money they lose due to your leaving, but they seem to have made a fortune off of people who are easily intimidated by threats of credit reports and lawsuits. If you have had to leave Diamond Forest prematurely, for whatever reason, have paid the original amount requested to break your lease, and then are harrassed for more money, you may have a case against them. According to the Michigan Attorney General?s office there are 5 complaints against Woodberry Management and 2 against Diamond Forest Assoc., LP., specifially. Contact the MI Attorney General?s office (517-335-0848) to file your own complaint and have that office contact the other consumers and me. If there are enough people with similar complaints, there may be a pattern of business, which may allow us to file a class-action lawsuit against this company, putting an end to their exploitation and harrassment.
