This place looks good, but they stick ya.
We lived there for three years and every year the price went up. They told us it was a fixed price. Then they pulled things like water and told people the had to pay that with out informing the residence. Payments were held until late, and then added late charges. That can be a money maker. The club house was able to be used, but because of laws they pulled that too. That was a reason why I moved in. The ownership changed a couple of times and the ladies at the front desk are not very nice. They need to read a few people skills books. There is no personal relationships there at all. When we moved in there was a breakfast once a week, they kept it going under old management, but when the new management came in the attitude drove out the residence. Not a warm fuzzy feeling walking in there. The only good thing about the place is a fix it guy named Brian who if I were him, I would get out and find a better place to work. Brian they do not treat you very well. O your deposite GONE!!!!
