Rent incresed over 10% from one year to the next, while the quality and number of services decreased, including the additional utility charge for water. No security, external lighting is never fixed, sidewalks are danger and not well maintained. Overall, my impression of the new management is poor. With an obvious intention to cut corners and increase costs to pad their bottom line, they are losing valuable tenants and the overall quality of the residences is decreasing. I will be wrapping up my second year at Diamond Forest in a few months, and I have seen the environment change with professional renters to a much more uncaring clientele. This is definitely not the same place I moved into.
