After living in Michigan apartments for the last 8 years, I can say without a doubt that Diamond Forest is the absolute worst. The apartments are nearly falling apart. The management is fully aware of this, and their approach is to just throw on a fresh coat of paint. Unfortunately, fresh paint doesn't fix water leaks, roof leaks, a lack of hot water, window glass that doesn't fit the window frames, and barely working appliances.

Diamond Forest is nearly uninhabitable, not to mention one of the pricest places around. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
