The apartments may be nice in size but expect some water leaks! Our first few months were fine then within a matter of 4 months we had a total of 6 water leaks! We also had bug problems. Our cars ended up with sap from the trees and a substance from the outside sprinkler system. A special rubbing compound had to be used on the paint to remove. The way they plan major complex repairs are very inadequate. We received notice that they would be working on the patios/balconies over the 4th of July weekend. It was mandatory that they all be cleared. This meant NO BBQ's! Then they never showed up! I agree I currently live here and the sink is leaking all over the place and there is a leak in the bedroom floor of some sort. Also in the summer the air is on 24/7 it never goes off they were suposed to fix it and said they did but it still runs all the time.
