We rented over the phone from another state. They seemed very helpful to get the apartment but when my husband was moving out is when we had a problem. He had been overcharged a $100.00 and the manager, who started in Aug. 2005 the new manager refused to even respond the the letter and all the copies I sent her of all the info. She said she was waiting to discuss it with her boss. She claimed the problem was that they had changed management companies. I don't think that was the problem at all. I think they just want your money on time and with no problems but if you have a problem forget it. We also had a problem with them sending us water bills that were supposed to have been paid with money we paid up front. Another problem was the noise. The people around our apartment was very noisy starting at about 10 or 11pm. This place need a noise curfew. I wouldn't advise renting here. In my opinion the new manager is in over her head and does not have the customer service skills required for a job like this. Ignoring tenants new or old and their problems is completely unacceptable. In my opinion. I only see problems ahead for any tenants here.
