Diamond Forest

It wasn't the greatest experience, let's say.

I was a prospective renter when I came to view Diamond Forest. I had always liked the look of the property and the location is great. However, the girl I had encountered seemed like she was more 16 years old then the early 20's her age was that I estimate. When she showed me the apartment there were no knobs on the stove (attractive), and I had notice scuff marks on the walls. This is the kicker though and when I saw this, not only did I hightail it outta there without an application, but I won't set foot in the complex again for anything. As we were walking back to the clubhouse there was this dilapated van, parked waiting for someone to come back. When the side door of the van opened I thought I was going to get mowed down. At least 7 "al-qaieda" like arabs were packed in, one seemed to be hiding something under what he was sitting on and had words with the rental associate. I asked if they lived here and she seemed very nervous to answer the question, fearing what my response would be. That reaction was all I needed. It seems like when marquette management company managed it, the rents were less and their screening process of potential renters was more thorough. It's such a shame, because as I said, it's a great location and with proper up keep it could be a great property. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
