First of all when they cut the grass it s always all over everyone s car. Also in the winter the parking lot is never adequately plowed you will have a hard time getting out and in when it snows. Secondly there are always problems with leaks and the air conditioners breaking down or working improperly. Thirdly we have had problems w/ the doors being broken and improperly fixed (my key does not work very well any more ) I have to giggle it around and pull it out slightly then turn. I think its just overpriced for the type of apartment you get one that leaks all the time and poor maintenance.
