Being fair- these are not new buildings! If you want to impress your Abercrombie girl, this place is not for you. This is not a gated community, so you shouldn't expect a luxurious experience. However, you will not find a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom 1200 sq.ft. apartment, with full size washer and dryer in the unit, anywhere else in the Farmington Hills area for $875 month.

I've had water leaks in the ceiling and wall, problems with my fridge, clothes dryer, hot water heater, and air conditioner. However, maintenance has always come by in a reasonable timeframe and fixed the problem (most of the time by replacing the unit).

This is a friendly community, and the first apartment I've lived in which I actually knew the first names of my neighbors. It's conveniently close to the highways and shopping. It is pet friendly and has a nice nature trail for dog owners to keep their dog's waste away from the front sidewalks and more contained in the woods.

This is not the best apartment I've had, but it served its purpose without forcing me to resort to VISA (even though you can pay your rent on-line).
