Not Very Ethical!

The apartment itself was very nice, spacious, and clean. Rent was reasonable, though my deposit exceeded the monthly rent. The management company leaves alot to be desired. They refused to allow me to sublease, told me my roomate did not qualify on her own (though her income was trifold and she had qualified credit wise before) and are now trying to tell me that, since I haven't lived there for 4 months(my name is still on the lease) I don't get any of my deposit, and the ex roomate can role it into a new lease WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Needless to say this is against the law...Don't rent from here, they are definitly out to make a buck and not up to date on rental laws!
