Pretty old - time for Renovation

My lease is finally up at the end of may, and it is about time. I moved to the Metro Detroit area from Chino, CA with high expectations of this Farmington Hills area, but they were not met at Fairmont. The community is much older than most in the area, the space is comparable, but the upkeep is horrible. I moved to Fairmont a year ago with only 2 days to decide on an apt before starting work w/ a Computer Engineering Firm. I remember only looking at 2 places, 1 across the street - but they were full and here. I should have questioned why a nice community would have so many vacancies. Oh well ...
