I hate this apartment. The buildings are not kept up. What remained of the guttering has been removed from all of the buildings last year. The explaination given to us by the manager was that the corporate office felt that the buildings looked better without it. Due to this, our 2001-2002 apartment had extensive water damamge and mold growing in the wall of our bedroom. After a month of complaining to the office about it we were finally moved to another unit. This one isn't moldy but is very noisy. Right now it is 4am and I am listening to somebody elses music, which I do about once a week. And the office has informed me that they prefer the tenants to handle this kind of disturbance themselves, even though it is in the lease that continual noise disturbances are prohibited. It sounds like a good deal at first but think twice - you do get what you pay for.
