I have lived here for 2 years, anda s far as I am concerned, it is 2 years too long. Although I moved in under a rent special, rent has gone up with each renewal. Funny that for more money, I got nothing more. Parking sucks. The noise level is terrible. There really isn't much for amenities. Maintainence is a joke. I waited 3 months from the time I moved in to have the doorwall screen to be replaced (there were big holes in it). Plumbing leaks, toilets are running almost all the time. No one has come to fix this in months. Scheduled maintainence, such as air filter replacement is a do-it-yourself-er. They drop the filter at the front door, and leave it up to you to put it in. Heating is terrible, my kitchen is FREEZING. The floor plans are kinda goofy. My washer and dryer are old, and the dryer will cut out from time to time. They will not replace them. My suggestion is to keep looking.
