I have lived here for a little less than 1.5 years, and I can't wait to get out!! (Even with a prorated rent amount!!) Mike, the property manager is a jerk, and is always giving us the run around. In August our bathroom ceiling started leaking, and even after persistant calling to the office, it finally got to the point that it CAVED IN by the end of September. After that we had to vacate our apartment until they put up a new ceiling, and they weren't willing to even take anything off of our rent to make up for the inconvenience. Athough, he did originally tell us that he would at least take off the days when we couldn't live there.

I have lived in other apartments and never had the problems that I've had here. We have had so much mold growing here. Mushrooms growing out of the wall, freon leaking from our refridgerator, and just shotty repairs. Even in our bathroom now, the ceiling is two different textures from how badly they repaired it.

I DO NOT reccomend that anyone live here.

I FEEL YOUR PAIN MIKE IS A IDIOT AND THE TWO TRAMPS WHO WORK IN THE OFFICE ARE IDIOTS IN TRAINING. THIS PLACE IS OLD AND OUTDATED AND THE RENT DO NOT MATCH THE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE OR THE SERVICES THEY SAY WILL GIVE BUT NEVER RECEIVE. MUIRWOOD AND THIS PLACE IS A HELL WHOLE IN PLAYING OFF THE RICH LIFE. PLEASE MUIRWOOD HAS MORE BREAK IN THAN THE LAW ALLOWS ROBBERIES IN THE PARKING LOT AND GOD HELP ALL THE FOOLS WHO THINK THIS IS ALL THAT. EACH APARTMENT HAS A DIFFERENT RENT RATE EVEN IF THEY ARE THE SAME CRAPPY OLD OUTDATED APARTMENT WITH CEAP AS CABINETS AND THE FURNACE NEVER GET CLEANED HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR A FURNACE FILTER AND WHEN THEY DO CHANGE THEM THEY ARE DIRTY AS HE . STAY AWAY FROM BEZTEX PROPERTY THEY SUCK AND ARE FAR TO OVER PRICED DONT LET THAT CRAP ABOUT BEING A GATED COMMUNITY FOOL YOU ANY BODY CAN WALK IN THAT PLACE FROM ALL DIRECTIONS AND HIT YOU IN THE HEAD. THIS PALCE IS OLD OUTDATED AND THE NEW CHEAP PLACE ARE JUST THAT CHEAP. MOTEL LOOKING CRAP AND THEY THINK THEY A RE ALL THAT BECUASE OF WHERE THEY ARE PLEASE OAKLAND COUNTY HAS MORE SEX OFFENDER THAN THE LAW SHOULD ALLOW.
