I have lived at Fairmont Park Apartments for about a year and definitely loved it. My apartment is very nice, and I am on the third floor so I don't have any problems with hearing neighbors above me. The apartments are very quiet in general. I have had to contact Maintenance probably about twice since living here, and that was just for minor things. I would definitely recommend Fairmont. It's a reasonable price for the area, good location, and a nice apartment. I'm only moving out because I'm looking to move into a house.
