I have lived here for a month, a woman living alone can be very daunting sometimes but I have had no problems and felt very safe. I have often gone out late and come home and not felt scared at all. The apts have security doors so that adds to even more safety. I have my own covered car space and when I have visitors there is always somewhere to park. The Gym is very nice brand new! Love the pool too! I found it very quiet no noise at all, I live on the 3rd floor so there is no one above me and I am on the outside wall so I don't hear anything on my bedroom wall but overall I don't really hear anything. I have spoke to some tenants that have lived there 2 years and they said great things about Fairmont. I have called maintenance for minor things that I wanted fix as I just moved in, you will get results in the week so I didn't think that was too bad considering its a pretty big complex.
