I've been living here for the last month and I'm surpised how quiet it is! It's just what I was looking for too. I really like the newly updated gym equipment with attached TV's and the 2 mile outside walking paths. The staff is very helpful (thanks Debbie and Jennifer!)and despite my many questions, they have always had a positive attitude along with true customer service. Mainentance does take a little while to respond, but overall I definently am enjoying my place and would highly recommend Fairmont, especially for young professionals.

Debbie and Jenifer are rude as hell when they want to be and Mike the manager is lame he is also sneaky and rude. Watch for the old out dated cabinets and doors in the palce. The heating system suck and some buildings you can not get direct tv cable only. Dont let the review up above fool you Beztex management are full of it they will put your as out side if they want to. Not that I got put out I paid my rent on time but what they do is show certain people the aparments that had all the old cabinets and crap and rent the newly remolded ones to others. This palce like Muirwood is overrated and have far to many break in people get robbed in the parking lot is not a fun deal. I WAS HAPPY TO GO DONT KEEP WASTING YOUR MONEY BUY A HOUSE AND NO I AM NOT A REAL ESTATE AGENT. THE MONEY YOU PAY THESE AS= HOLES YOU COULD HAVE BOUGT A HOUSE LIKE ID FOR FINAL TAX SALE.

I (THrenter) orginally posted this post about a year ago. My comments have not changed. I still really like Fairmont and had the opportunity to move to Muirwood but decided to stay here because its so quiet and my neigbors are really nice! Management has never been rude and maintenance always responds with 24-48 hours. My rent did increase after a year, but only under $20. Due to the economy, the washer and dryers now cost 75 cents to wash and 75 cents to dry...Oh well...
