I was under the impression that you couldn't go wrong in Farmington Hills. Boy was i wrong! My main issue is the maintenance and workmanship in my apartment. They use the cheapest materials and labor. I also have bugs (centipedes, beetles, ants, etc.) every time the seasons change. My first month in, my daughters ceiling as leaking. The pilot on my furnace constantly goes out in the winter. The air conditioning is very weak. There was also a space between the cabinet under the sink and the floor where air was coming through from outside. They told me it was fro "ventilation." I've never heard of such a thing in my life! I had them cover it up. My apartment has very old kitchen cabinetry, that's falling apart. They advertise apartments with new cabinets, but my apartment does not have them. The dishwasher is sooo old, I don't even use it. I've been living here for two years and this is my last. The carpet is old and the padding is either very thin or non-existence. Schools are great, but everything else is not worth the money.

It's hard to trust that this review is credible when the author can't properly spell or punctuate.

Sometimes busy people have to rush through things...I'm sure you get the gist of the review....My lease has ended and boy am I glad to be free!...since when was it decided that a few errors correlate to poor credibility?....this is the internet, not a dissertation.
