Me and my family lived in FoxPointe between 2000-2003. Lured by the location, city and the landscape. The overall return for your money is very low. The constructions are old and there are no attempts to repair. They like to grab deposits! Beware!
Overall recommendation: DO NOT RENT unless you want to give away your deposit.
