The apartment is the best you can get for the price, but the condition of my apartment on move in was less than desirable, the bedroom door was detached , the bathroom was very messy and still hasn?t been cleaned I had to clean it , and a window that i was told would be replaced was not. Overall it is a nice apartment though I did have new carpet and they have wood floors in the kitchen witch I like very much .I got to pick out my lighting too. The neighbors are friendly so far, and the staff was very prompt to get my bedroom door put back on (next day) .Over all it is the best value for the sq footage you will get in the area. So far I am please with the few minor exceptions at move in.
