Reviewing the comments posted for Green Hill I felt some were suprising. I lived there for several years in the mid 90's and liked the community. Thought that I got a good value for my money and the landscaping was pleasant. I did not have much that I needed the office for though or maintenance.
Also, I wanted to let people know that the free referral services are paid by the apartment complex, so there free to you. That type of apartment service is paid only when a referring prospect move in to the referred community. So your really getting a double whammy sales pitch and not unbiased advice.
Not all apartment complexed sign contracts with these services because there rates are high. I learned alot when I used the "free" service and then got dragged into a dispute between the "free" service and the complex.
Best to stick to the old fashioned way of apartment searching and pick up one of the free books.
